Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Africa One Group ("we", "us") for your use of the Bizfy360 app and service ("Bizfy360"). By creating an account or using Bizfy360, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bizfy360.
1. What Bizfy360 is
Bizfy360 is an offline-first point-of-sale, stock and credit-book app for small shops. It helps you record sales, track stock, manage a credit book, and view reports. It is a tool to help you run your business; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and use Bizfy360 for a lawful business. By using it you confirm you are allowed to act for the business you register.
3. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, and you set a PIN. Keep your PIN secret and your phone secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the staff accounts you create, so give staff access carefully and remove it when needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Bizfy360. In particular, you will not use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unlawful or unwanted messages, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or resell the service without our permission.
5. Your data
Your business data and your customers' details belong to you. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that data to provide Bizfy360 to you. You are responsible for the information you enter about your customers, for collecting it fairly, and for having a basis to contact them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans, trials and payments
Bizfy360 has a Free plan and a Pro plan, priced per shop, and new shops get a 30-day Pro trial. Plan limits only restrict adding more — your existing data is never locked away. Where you pay through MTN or Airtel mobile money, those payments are handled by the provider. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
7. Text messages
Where you switch on reminders to your customers, those messages are sent on your behalf and are your responsibility. You must have a basis to message those customers and must honour any request to stop.
8. Availability
Bizfy360 is designed to keep working offline, and your sales are saved on your device and synced when you reconnect. We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance.
9. Changes to the service
We are always improving Bizfy360 and may add, change or remove features. We will try not to reduce the core features you rely on without good reason.
10. Disclaimers
Bizfy360 is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, and you are responsible for keeping your own records and for the decisions you make using the app.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bizfy360 is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.
12. Suspension and ending
You may stop using Bizfy360 at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use Bizfy360 in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where your business is registered, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under local law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be communicated in the app. Continuing to use Bizfy360 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
